+ Organization structure or the Xuan Lai Bamboo and Rattan export Co-operative.

Xuan Lai Bamboo and Rattan import and export Co-operative is the economy organization there is legally manner, separate operation seal, opened the account at the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of district for transaction.

On the foundation of volunteer and democratic, the members together contributed the capital and managing the Co-operative. The management structure of the Co-operative implemented the Co-operative Law and model regulation of the Co-operative. Xuan Lai Bamboo and Rattan Import and Export Co-operative management board included 4 persons, and distributed as follows:

Administrative board, 01 adnministrative board duties and rights regulated at articles 14, 15 in Regulation of Xuan Lai Bamboo and Rattan and Exort Co-operative and other regulation of relevant law.

The Chief of administrative board of Xuan Lai Bamboo and Rattan Import and Export Co-operative, simulataneously is the Chairman of Xuan Lai Co-operative in the term of office within 2004-2008, Mr. Le Van Xuyen. He is the whom registered permanent address in Xuan Lai hamlet – Xuan Lai commune – on the behalf of the Co-operative in economy transaction activities, and concurrently in co-operative account owner, responsible in common managerment and command the co-operative.

The control board of the co-operative included 01 person, temp of office is five years (similar with term of office of Co-operative administrative board). The duties and rights of the control board regulated at article 18 in Regulation of the Xuan Lai Bamboo and Rattan Import and Export Co-operative and other regulations of relevant law.

There is one accountant watching and draw the balance sheet the process of manufacture and business of the co-operative chosen directly by the Administrative board of the co-operative amongst co-op member or rent from outside (vibrated as labor). They are distributed into 10 manufacture teams and the job of each one assigned by the chief.

Duties, rights and obligations of them in co-operative operating according to the regulations at articles 8, 9, 10 in the rule of Xuan Lai Bamboo and Rattan Import and Export Co-operative and other regulations of relevant law.

Average time of working within 8 hours/day, from 25-28 dates/month.

The labor received salary according to assigned mission and completed types of product and depending on each type of products, co-operative will define different hire level.
